This project involved the demolition of a tired 1950s property and the construction of a substantial new-build residence in its place. The finished home blends traditional architectural styling with modern construction methods, featuring a red brick façade, slate roofing, and secure gated access. Internally, the layout was designed for contemporary family living, with spacious rooms, premium finishes, and a focus on long-term quality and kerb appeal.
