Over the past 15 years Alan has carried out a number of building projects for us on two different properties.

The day-to-day work was mainly done by a team of tradesmen with the same two men on site at all times to supervise they’re coming and going at the other trades, such as electricians, gas engineers etc.

They were here for about eight weeks in December and January which were not the best months for building work, but it was all done within the agreed timeframe.
