Restricted site access and complex excavation

The project faced a number of early-stage challenges — primarily restricted site access and complex excavation due to established tree roots throughout the plot. Careful planning and phased groundwork allowed us to navigate both, removing the roots while preserving soil integrity and establishing a solid foundation system. These challenges were met head-on through proactive site management and constant client communication.
