This project involved the complete demolition of an existing bungalow and the construction of a striking three-storey residence spanning approximately 10,000 square feet. Working closely with a leading interior design studio, we brought the client’s high-end vision to life – delivering a home that perfectly balances innovation with sophistication.

New build on an elevated location

Despite this project being situated on a ridge which is 111m above sea level. The water table was a constant issue so much so, a built in sump pumps in order to pump away surplus water to drainage to keep the site dry.

This project consisted of demolishing an existing bunglow and building a structure compiling over three floors and a total of approximately 10,000sq feet.
