In recent years, Alan has installed a new kitchen and added a conservatory to our 1960s property, again involving the removal of a supporting wall; refurbished a family bathroom to maximize the available space and created a downstairs shower room. Due to his professional approach, Alan enjoys a good relationship with Local Authority Building Control officers and ensures all his work is compliant with current Building Regulations. Over the past 15 years Alan has carried out a number of building projects for us on two different properties.
On our terraced period property, he completed a loft conversion and the removal of a supporting wall and chimney breast to create a large kitchen/dining area.
